- All handwriting tracing progress and collectible stickers are stored locally on the user's device.

For general apps and website visitors, we limit data collection strictly to what is necessary to operate our software:
- Contact Information: If you voluntarily reach out to us via email or our support form, we receive your email address and message contents solely to answer your inquiry.
- Crash & Diagnostic Telemetry: Aggregated, anonymous crash reports provided directly by Apple TestFlight or Google Play Console to resolve technical glitches.
- Local Storage: Apps like Memory Market store your milestone dates locally on your device or encrypted via your private Apple iCloud / Google Drive account.
4. Third-Party Services & Analytics
We do not integrate third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, or Meta Audience Network) into our premium or children's applications. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard HTTP request metadata solely for security and performance caching.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
Because our apps are designed to be privacy-first, we do not require account creation to enjoy our core features. If you have submitted your email for beta updates or customer support, you may request immediate deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at privacy@rohaanentertainment.com.
